Ikora Support
What is Ikora?
Ikora is a media player for phones and TVs. It is a player only: it does not provide channels, movies or shows. You bring your own provider.
Add your provider
- Open Ikora and choose Add source.
- Pick Xtream or Playlist.
- For Xtream, enter the server URL, username and password from your provider. For a playlist, paste the playlist link (M3U).
- Save. The first import can take a while on a large library.
Quick fixes
- Stream will not play: check that your subscription with the provider is active, then try again.
- Buffering: check your internet connection and speed, try a different Wi-Fi band or a wired connection, restart your router and your device, and close other apps using the network. If it continues, ask your provider whether their service is available in your region and working normally.
- Provider unreachable: check the server URL, username and password, and confirm with your provider that the server is online.
- Library is slow to load: the first import downloads your whole library and can take several minutes. Keep the app open until it finishes. Later refreshes are faster.
Content and provider issues
Ikora does not provide any channels or movies. Missing channels, wrong titles, expired subscriptions and stream problems on the provider's side must be taken up with your provider.
