Ikora Terms of Use
1. Player only
Ikora is a media player. It does not provide, host, sell or include any channels, movies, shows or other content, and WaraSu is not affiliated with any content provider.
2. Your responsibility
You bring your own provider. You are responsible for using Ikora only with content you are authorized to access, for your provider account and subscription, and for complying with the laws that apply to you.
3. Copyright
To report a concern about the Ikora app, email support@ikora.site. Complaints about content must go to the provider that supplies it.
4. No warranty
Ikora is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Playback depends on your provider and your network.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, WaraSu is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the app or from content supplied by a provider.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law where you live.
7. Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. We may update these terms, and the date above shows the latest change.
